Rural Housing Targets - Westminster Hall debate - 29 January 2025

The overreaching number of houses the Government are forcing EHDC to build, challenged by our MP. Worth a watch, it’s informative and quite shocking.

Here is the link to the interactive map so that you can see the potential, indeed very likely, affect on Four Marks and South Medstead.

Please keep an eye on the Four Marks Parish Council website for updates on the progress of the new Neighbourhood Plan(NP) An agreed NP can help to limit over development by agreeing the sites for the allocated number of houses and the physical and social infrastructure required, plus measures to protect our environment etc. They will ask residents for their views and feedback, so please participate.
