Despite our best efforts, the fantastic work done by Paul McAllister, chair of planning at the Parish Council, the support of SMASH, the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and not least Four Marks residents who have lodged over 420 objections on each of the last three presentations of this development, the Gladman appeal to build 65 houses behind 46 Lymington Bottom, has been allowed by the Inspector. Have I missed this from the above statement as I can’t see any mention of infrastructure such as extra doctors, dentists, school places etc. It just seems to be a complete waste of time objecting to anything especially as over 400 people’s concerns have been ignored.
